Limelight Lash Studio Policies
Arrival Time - Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time you may use the restroom, switch your phone to silent, and unwind.
Reservation Fee - When you first book, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable retainer fee to secure the date and time for your service. The retainer fee is 50% of your service total that is then applied as a credit towards your total at the end of the appointment.
Cancellation / rescheduling - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to both cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is not received 24 hours in advance, your non-refundable retainer fee is forfeited.
No Shows - We send a confirmation email 96 hours prior to your appointment and a reminder 24 hours prior as a courtesy. Please understand that we set aside time just for you and when you do not contact us to cancel, it can greatly affect our schedule. Again, your retainer fee is forfeited.
Kids & Pets - Because of the nature of our services, it is important for you to stay as still and calm as possible. For safety and sanitation we ask that little kids and pets do not come along for your eyelash appointments, although we love seeing photos!
Age Restrictions - Any clients under the age of 18 must bring a parent or guardian with them to go over our client consent form.
Refunds - Refunds will not be given for any products purchased. We do not give refunds of any kind for services performed during your appointment time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy!
Other Artists’ Work - If you already have eyelash extensions from another location, there is a strong chance that they will need to be removed before a new set is put on. Please contact us and we will set up a consultation to determine what kind of appointment we are booking.
